With the pending retirement of the incumbent, the organization is now seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company to the next level. The ideal candidate is a senior executive with an exceptional track record of driving operational efficiencies in multi-site plant operations in a growing, entrepreneurial food products manufacturing company. Ideally, the candidate will bring experience with nutritional products with exposure to sales, marketing, innovation and supply chain operations. Ideally, will have held full P&L accountability with the demonstrated ability to improve bottom line results.
