ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

As a full-time Inside Sales Representative at Santevia, you will be responsible for selling our innovative products to retailers. You are a passionate individual with a strong sales and technical background who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centric, entrepreneurial environment. You are highly motivated, and results-oriented and have a proven track record of exceeding targets.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for sales performance including Prospecting, Lead Qualification, Customer and Partner development, meeting and exceeding sales quotas, and representing Santevia with the highest degree of advocacy and professionalism.
• Research and develop prospects for new business opportunities with your own high volume of prospecting activity.
• Establish active communication and engage with prospects to create new leads and sales openings.
• Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward.
• Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead-generation methods.
• Collaborate with the Santevia team to drive personal and company success in areas including Marketing, Technical Solutions, On-Boarding, and Customer Success.
• Use our CRM to track all sales cycle activity, map progression, and measure pipeline metrics so as to ensure accurate and timely reporting and analytics.

• Adhere to our standards of system use, sales cycle management, and sales certification including identifying and reporting improvements to drive performance across the Team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree.

• 3+ years of experience in a Sales Representative or equivalent role.

• Experience in selling in the natural health industry is an asset.

• Experience with using CRM tools such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Hubspot.
