Labour continues to be one of the most significant challenges for many BC food and beverage manufacturers.
To address this challenge, BCFB is embarking on the development of a comprehensive labour strategy for BC’s food and beverage industry, in collaboration with manufacturers across the province. The strategy, expected to be finalized in fall 2024, will be the first of its kind specifically tailored to the needs of our industry.
