Food Business Planning Workshop – Vancouver

January 13, 2025 @ 9:00 am - January 14, 2025 @ 4:00 pm

Free

The Food Business Planning program is tailored to assist food processors in learning, developing, and strategically expanding their businesses. It focuses on identifying key challenges and factors that hinder growth while enhancing the ability to scale through improved business management skills. Our facilitators, Kenny Vannucci & Phil Chang will guide you in adopting effective business management practices and creating a business plan, highlighting the advantages of having a practical framework for your operations during this two day workshop.

Additionally, we aim to improve access for processors in regions across BC to business planning resources and foster opportunities for collaboration across different regions. Participants will also gain access to networks of food and beverage entrepreneurs as well as planning support systems like This Commerce Life and BC Food and Beverage, enabling connections with peers who have successfully advanced their growth strategies, along with expertise that can help you compete in your targeted markets.

Agenda (2 day workshop)

  • Monday, January 13th – 9:00am – 4:00pm
  • Tuesday, January 14th – 9:00am – 4:00pm

Location

  • Vancouver, BC – Location to be determined

About our Facilitators

Kenny Vannucci and Phil Chang are two retail / CPG (consumer packaged goods) guys that have experience being on the brand side and retailer side, talking about retail and what the future could hold for retail specifically in the Natural Health and Grocery Channels in both Canada and the US. We love Canadian retail – a competitive market that nurtures the best brands and iconic retailers.
