The August session will feature an intimate conversation with Elizabeth Matthews of CORE Foodservice as she shares the journey of becoming a leader in the industry, insights into some of her key learnings from working with and helping grow brands, and the trends & changes she is seeing in the industry. The talk will be followed by an open group discussion among peers to share experiences, challenges and ideas facilitated by our co-chairs Stephanie Sang of Granted Consulting and Autumn Kendrick of Gnusante.
Who Should Attend:
Female leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals involved in the making of food and beverages. This event is exclusively for processors and manufacturers.

About Elizabeth Matthews:
Elizabeth’s career in foodservice expands over 25 years. As a partner in her legacy business, she was actively involved in all aspects of managing the business and was integral in developing her company’s vision, mission, and culture. Her drive and entrepreneurial spirit led their growth and expansion across Western Canada and subsequently into the East.
Today at CORE Foodservice, Elizabeth’s deep connectivity with Core’s Canadian client partners and her innate knowledge of the Canadian food away from home market continues to lead CORE and their clients into a new era of growth in the years to come.
