April Kootenays Peer Group – Engaging Youth & the Use of Food Hubs
Join us for an engaging event focused on food hub access and the role of youth in shaping our local food and beverage industry. The event will kick off with an opening address from Creston Valley Food Action Coalition Executive Director, Tanya Wall, providing an overview of food hub access and opportunities for young entrepreneurs. Following this, a panel of two Creston-based food and beverage young entrepreneurs will share their personal journeys, highlighting how the food hub and community support have played a key role in their success. The event will wrap up with networking, offering a chance to connect with local food & beverage peers.
Light snacks and beverages will be available.
